1- Estancia Santa Susana
Descripción/Description: The ranch Santa Susana is located in Los Cardales, a traditional Estancia at the pampas. The strolls in typical one-horse carriages called "sulkys", or just riding on horse-back, will show the visitors the enchantment of the Argentine land, the beautiful landscape, its growing crops, and let them feel the incomparable wild aroma in the air.
The countryside day culminates with an exhibition and mix-up of matched-together horse herds (tropillas), and then autochtonous horseback sport called "carreras de sortijas" (ring-races), all of which show the remarkable dominion excerted by gauchos upon his horses.
The tour includes: Empanadas & wine reception in the ranch's pub, visit guides to the museum & to the church; hourse & breacks trips; typical lunch; tango & folklore with malambo and boleadoras Shows

2-Estancia Don Silvano
Description:
11:00 hs : RECEPTION
Reception in the typical building of the gaucho (we call it “rancho de adobe”).
Empanadas (meat pies), wine and juice. Visits to the diferent places: museum, bakery, etc.
Milking with participation of the public. Show of ¨How the gaucho put the seat on the horses ¨.
Horse riding.
13:00 hs : LUNCH
Grill: sausages, short rib of grill, chicken, etc…
Salad: Provenzal potatoes, mixed and carrot and egg.
Drinks: red and white wine, cola drink, water and sparkling water.
Dessert: ice-cream, coffee.
Folkloric show of song and dance during the lunch. Typical dances where the public participate.
Rides in carriage, tractor and horse.
Show of Creole skills: Ring-races, horse mildness and troops Retail-trade.
16.30 hs : AFTERNOON SNACK
Cooked mate (mate bags with hot water) and sweet cakes (pastelitos) with quince jelly.
